The project «Gente da Minha Terra» [People of My Village] received an award from IPDJ, as 1st place of Good Practice in the Field of Youth Volunteering in Center.
This was a volunteering project of the programme «Geração Z» of IPDJ. It aimed to unite generations and stress the importance of revisiting memory and appreciate the cultural heritage of Aguada de Baixo. This project had as partners the parish council of Aguada de Baixo and Paraíso Social, in a true intergenerational dialogue.
