In its multidimensional intervention, CAAB also carries out Youth projects that aim to contribute to the achievement of our mission: contribute to the holistic development of our youth and promote the construction of a fair, solidary and open society that participates with respect in intercultural <\/strong>and intergenerational <\/strong>dialogue, so natural in the European context and in our rural parish.<\/p>\n

We aim to empower our young people and children to be local and regional\u00a0multipliers <\/strong>of good social practices, aiming for a chain effect<\/strong> in our community.<\/p>\n

In the Youth sector, two emblematic programs at European level aimed at empowering young people and support structures are Erasmus+<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0European Solidarity Corps<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(visit their official websites for more information on opportunities for youth and organizations). At a national level, there is the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth<\/a>,<\/strong> an essential partner for associations working in this sector, supporting them in their daily activities.<\/p>\n\t

We advocate for intergenerational cooperation and dialogue<\/strong> in resolving local problems and in revitalizing our village. At the same time, these local partnerships allow us to promote impactful experiences of learning, sharing and empathy.<\/p>\n

We also believe that learning in a European context, the opportunity to discover, know and collaborate with other young people and organizations in Europe allows us to develop ourselves as active citizens and improve our association as a support structure for youth action. At the same time,\u00a0it’s fun and we make friends all over Europe<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\t

As a recent organization, CAAB is beginning its intervention in this type of activities. See below the projects we have already developed and find out a little more about CAAB projects!<\/p>\n\t
